Tribute to Uncle Dan

TRIBUTE TO DANIEL KUSI-GYAU
BY SAM FREEMAN ADU-CHAME
VICE PRESIDENT D/NKWANTA ASSOCIATION UK.

God saw my right hand man Daniel Kusi-Gyau getting tired,
And a cure was not to be.
So God put his arms around him and whispered “come with me son.”
With tearful eyes we watch Dan Kusi-Gyau fade away.
Although we love him dearly we could not make him stay.
His hard working hands have been put to rest.
Dan sent me a text on 7th February 2008 at 03.30hrs to express his gratitude to all of us for a well appreciated support, and left this world two days later.
Dan Kusi-Gyau, the doyen and back rock (Okunini ne Fapem) of Duayaw-Nkwanta community in UK is no more.
Sons and Daughters of Duayaw-Nkwanta would miss you
I give you my respect.
Damirifa Due.

Goodbye daddy

The feeling is so intense and very painful.We regret that some of us are too young to comprehend the meaning of losing you but the older ones promise to give the babies amongst us and others yet to be born every vivid description of our experience with you,so that they will also grow up knowing what a great man you were and how much you meant to us.

Prince Owusu Boakye Amp Martin (Father) April 18, 2008

Goodbye

Your exit has added unbearable pains to the family,because for the past three years the family has lost two important persons,our dad and mum,so the children left behind thought you will be our leader to a war front but that never was.May your soul rest in the Almighty God's arm.Damirefa Due.

Nana Boakye (Brother) April 15, 2008

Good-bye

May the Almighty God be with you forever,keep on reminding you in prayers,sleep well.

Tribute to Uncle Dan

A special smile, a special face;
And in our hearts a special place;
No words we speak can ever say;
How much we miss you everyday.
To hear your voice and see you smile;
To sit and talk to you awhile;
To be together in the same old way;
Would be our dearest wish today.

Damerefa Due

The blow was hard, and the shock severe.
To part with one we loved so dear.
Our loss is great, but we can not complain.
We trust in God to meet again.
